  Wow, 334g serving size. That won't last long. You're much better off just using your normal whey and adding dextrose, maltodextrin or waxy maize starch (depending on how much sugar you want). These are cheap as chips to buy from any good suppliment store.

      Yeah it's mainly maltodextrin which you can get cheaply from VPA ($29 for 4kg).

        Exavtly. This is a total rip off.

        And unless your a 130kg bodybuilder, 250 grams of Malto post workout is insane (I'm a 115kg bodybuilder and I will only have 100g of Malto and am bulking).

        Stay away from mass gainers.

  These mass shakes will legit make run to the toilet. Just get a whey blend, peanut butter and banana and blend. Or add oat powder if U need extra carbos (bulk nutrients sell it and it's super easy to mix).
