    Noob question. I feel that I need this as I find it difficult to sleep at night due to clogged nasal passages when it’s cold (and it’s always cold for me). I haven’t been to anyone to have it checked. What’s the first step, discuss it with my GP?

      This is definitely not for clogged nasal passages, this is for people diagnosed with sleep apnoea who are nose breathers. You need to get your GP to look up your nose with a torch!
