In this covid climate there's not much better.

one oddness is that it has an audio IN but not 3.5 headphone out so I hope you like the inbuilt spks on hdmi… but I guess you can always use win10 to route audio out to your logitech z623s…

        • I have a 2016 viewsonic 27" with 2x2W speakers and they actually sound good via HDMI; no rattling at high volume etc. Very useful for multiple people, without having to break out barely used speakers. The description on this one says "3W", and the manual has it as speakers, plural. Obviously that doesn't say much about quality… but maybe it's OK.

  • Coupon doesn’t apply to presale items?

    • I tried before posting and it did.

      • Yeah you are right. I posted the TV deal and it didn’t work 😬

          It works for me.

  • Thanks OP! Does anyone have any experience with these? I'm eyeing the 24 Inch version of this for $129

Not with these specific models. I've got two kogan monitors and one TV, one of their gaming ones works great, but one of the ports died after a couple of years and they weren't able to fix it at all, even if I wanted to pay them to do it. Different monitor has pretty bad input lag but I'd expect this one to be much better. My TV had a stuck pixel from the beginning but no other obvious problems.

If there's something at a similar price / featureset from a different company then get that, otherwise Kogan ones seem to be fine considering what you're spending.

Care to provide an example, please?

      • Bought from this seller, 2* P2314Ht, grade A for $55 each. Can vouch the experience was outstanding, and the monitors are great.
This is a different model but still great:

Turns out the seller even send 2 brand new Samsung DP cables.

With shipping the price is not much different. I rather a new monitor. Also the dell one here is not a gaming monitor.

          • @MuddyClear: at best you get a 3month warranty on the dells

at worst you get a 1yr kogan warranty on this new one

i dont mind ex lease monitors but in many cases i'd be buying from a local ex lease place and i dont pay shipping and since i have a long term buying relationship with them they're good with warranty past 3 months but off ebay? hmmmm

  • I'd save that $99 to buy a better monitor then, thanks

Thanks OP got one. If the 3.5mm port is labelled "Audio-In" on the basis its blue coloured, its probably wrong, because my Asta Vita monitor also had a blue port and it's audio out with input via hdmi

  • seems like a good deal i got a monitor from OW for about $124 . i might get this deal but then ill be $1 short or $21 as i have a $20 kogan credit that expires at 4pm today. what should a get for $21 ? maybe get the next model up. plan to pay with a wbc card so ill get another $20 back later. has kogan stopped selling gift cards via their website?

  • i got targetted 3 emails activated them all but i dont think i ll use them all . ill only use 1 $20 credit but they expire today.

  • $20 Kogan.com Credit
    Limit one per order.
Applicable only on orders above $100.00.
