Yes it did. however I had that happen as well previously and the problem was that I was logged in with different account than what the link was targeted for.

This one will be expired very fast, within one or two days. A tip to get the credit on your account forever so that you can spend whenever you want:
- Use your $20 voucher to purchase anything $100 (so that it's eligible), but choose anything which will be dispatched after a week or so (to ensure they won't process it fast), and I recommended a product which marked as "Sold by Kogan".
- After purchasing, go to Orders, request a refund immediately, said that you changed your mind.
- Then you will get your money back in your credit card account, and $20 to your Kogan account and you can keep and use it whenever you want.
