        Recently had the Petbarn flash sale cashback declined (first one ever using the app, and coincidentally a large cashback).

        Seems like there is nothing SB can do in these circumstances, win for the merchant who still gets increased traffic, win for SB who funnel the traffic, loss for the customer who would have otherwise purchased from another merchant had it not been for the flash sale.

          Mine was declined too - not because I did anything wrong, mind you. Petbarn was out of stock of an item I ordered, and the relatively small refund of the out of stock item meant my whole order of $100+ was denied for the 20% cashback. I only went with Petbarn because without the shopback cashback, they're more expensive than other online vendors.

            @hullohullo: Update my Groupon cashback got approved but I hate the fact that ShopBack expires every six months, meaning if you don't keep buying and earning ShopBack, and withdrawing it. You are basically not getting any ShopBack. This should be changed in my opinion shopback should never expire or get withdrawal done at any amount rather than 10 dollar minimum otherwise its getting wasted for a lot of people.

      My claim for this sale got denied. Which was BS as I did everything right… funny how my largest amount of cashback thus far ($40) gets denied… I wouldn't have made the purchase if not for this sale either.

        update - I had to call to get it released to a gift card. The transaction goes through and they get paid but it gets stuck in limbo. No idea what it is. They investigated previous issues I have had with the system and to no avail or answer lol… And today the same..

      I have the same question.
      I have the ShopBack chrome extension installed, so in theory, it should connect my purchase to my SB user account with the active redemption. Not so?
      It's heaps more convenient using a computer keyboard to enter purchase information.
      It's also comforting to be able to see the secure SSL connection to the woolworth eGift Cards website when dealing with my credit card info. Am I being paranoid?

      Did you check your junk mail? Mine usually come within 10 minutes of ordering.
      You should get 3 emails: An order confirmation, an email with the tax invoice and finally an email with a link to view your gift card.

          Another thing I'd suggest is to click through the link to purchase the woolworths gift cards from shopback again. Then on the gift card site, click your name on the top right then "My Orders" in the drop down to check the status of the order.

    Hi i installed the app on my phone and applied the code. Then I purchase $10 GC for $9.50. However, when I check back on the SB app, it still shows the OzB $2 Ww GC bonus (29-31May)…makes me wonder if the purchase I did has in fact retrieve the $2 bonus cashback?
