It would be better to use EPP5 to get 5% off your purchase directly rather than Cashrewards because you see the savings immediately and its a "true" 5% off rather than Cashreward's 5% off GST-excluded price (which means it's actually a 4.5454545454…% saving). Just a tip :)

    • You were right. Thanks for the code. Lucky I haven't pull the trigger. I guess they don't stack with cashrewards?

      • Can't hurt to try your luck

Use both - I still got about 3% cashrewards on top of the EPP5 code

      • They do stack with CR, just tried it.

  • is this graphic card good for the money?

    • No, absolutely dreadful GPU. This isn't a gaming / laptop anyway, more a lightweight luxury thing.

      • Itt's not great but far from dreadful. Sure it is not a gaming card but you can play games on low settings and it is pretty good for GPU acceleration in lightroom, photoshop etc. It is almost 2x the performance of the last intel iGPU

    • It's integrated. Does that question even need answering?

    • I can say that if you choose this cpu and u can never get worse graphic card than that….

    • There are no 1.27kg laptops with a good graphics card, as far as I'm aware. An expensive ~1.45kg laptop might have a decent one.

Would not recommend this laptop with the UHD screen configuration. I would only get about ~5 hours of use with just browsing/office applications. This is after undervolting and messing around with various settings.

    • That's pretty rubbish.

Yeah the best model is this one. 16GB RAM but 1920x1200 screen resolution. Unfortunately it's not on sale.

I have last year's model (9380) with the 1080p screen and get an easy 8-12 hours battery.

      • With hacks, you can get it for $2,260.17.

    ROFL at the price

    • Yes definitely ridiculous for a Dell given their garbage quality control

If you really want one of these just get a refurb from the Dell outlet store will be cheaper

June last year, put here and say nothing:

  • I own an XPS 13, great built but it normally runs warm to hot, noisy at time. I'll try AMD Ryzen 4000 series laptop next!
