I would recommend to RTS.
Just go through the Amazon returns process and get a free return label. You dont need to complicate it unnecessarily, Amazon has in my opinion the best returns process.

Some new info on this, I spoke to someone in a store when picking up my order (fortunate enough to get through). They have new units 'on order' to fulfill the outstanding orders, but they weren't sure whether they would actually receive the stock, if not they would be cancelling those orders & refunding. So basically it's a wait & see. I had a second order as a gift, and she said I could cancel now or wait.
Unsure if I should purchase or wait for Amazon to price match
