Nice prices. Similar prices in Lenovo official website as week. Amex users can save 150$ if they get it from Lenovo. Consider it if you are getting one.

    • Woah, is this a current Amex offer?

Be careful with Lenovo people, they're only designed to last during warranty period, once warranty ran out, it will start to break apart, it's like they have a timer setting to break after the warranty period, so you can buy a new laptop.

Not my experience. 2 HP laptops and 1 Lenovo. Both HPs have had overheating problems. One has required being pulled apart and heatsink reattached with new thermal paste. 1 of my HP had a bit of the fan blade broke off and had to remove it as it was jamming and the laptop came up with a BIOS error. Was OK after removing part of the fan blade segment. Wifi module died in the HP and had to be replaced off ebay.

Lenovo one is 4 years old E460 and running fine. Still continuing to get Lenovo BIOS and driver updates.

  • Although the Photos show the Legion is RTX, the specs show it's running a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti.
This seems to be true for all of the Legion laptops I checked on their page

    • But is ther difference in design and how is the display and build? If you have any ideaa

Lenovo E15 was $1034 yesterday, now raised to $1249, bunch of frauds

Have you taken off 20% off the advertised price? It comes down to $999.20. So def lesser than what you saw yesterday.

      • +1

i think his issue is that they have jacked the price so they can take advantage of the 20% off over their customers. Based on yesterdays price consumers would have paid $827, now they have to pay $999 after Lenovo increased the price.

  • Pricing seems high compared to recent lows, even with the COVID premium added on.

Example: Lenovo Legion Y27gq-20 - 879.20 with coupon, lowest price on OzB is 639.20 [https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/526118]

  • Does this seem fine for "Mum' laptop i.e office & internet user - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-Lenovo-IdeaPad-Slim-3-14-Gre…

Seems pretty good, 8gb, 256 ssd, FUllHD just not sure how Celeron CPU's are these days?

    • My experience says run from the 2 core CPUs
      This isnt 2006..

I would get a i3 with an SSD to run most stuff well

    I feel, the lenovo E14 with i7, 16gb and 2gb GPU - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-Lenovo-ThinkPad-E14/39281325…
is a good deal for the price. Yesterday it was $1379 and today with the 20% code its down to $1295. I just bought one.

    • This is unbelievably tempting. Not sure whether to grab this or wait for the Ryzen 4000

  • The y7000 looks pretty good to me at that price. I don't care much about screen quality or battery life - I'm basically looking for a desktop I can drag around the house with me to use in bed/on the couch. Anyone else got thoughts on this?

    • Yes, I bought it on ebay with 20% off promotion.

  • The Yoga C740 is also cheaper than their website. Their website $3599 at Ebay $1759.20 (with discount code). Massive 51% off.

  • anyone recommend a laptop to replace my HP Elitedesk G1 - i7 4770, 16gb ram, 1050ti.

    Much appreciated.

  • Anybody ordered and laptop shipped ? Mine ordered on 5/6 and still not shipped. Send message to them at the same time and no response.

    • I've ordered mine and not yet shipped too!. No reply from seller too. Maybe seller will be shipping tomorrow after the sale ends I am hoping.

      • I chat with Lenovo at their website, pretty pathetically unhelpful. I have to contact Ebay directly.

        • I am gonna wait till tomorrow and ask Ebay to step in and solve the case. I've purchased my previous laptop from lenovo ebay and had no issues, they shipped the same day. But this time I don't even know what's going on with them.

          • @Pitstop29: Well.well well, I just got the reply saying that they will ship on 12/6. Then half hour later. I received shipping notification.

            • @yht: I just got an email saying that, will be delivered tomorrow through DHL.

              • @Pitstop29: Same. Very quick.

                • @yht: LOL spoke too soon. It won't be arriving today to Perth. They just picked it up from Sydney. It is now not expected to be delivered until tomorrow.
