    ordered 2 of the 20 meal packs. will be handy for working from home meals and those nights i CBF cooking. so glad tey offered a saturday pickup - was a bit of an oversight for those of us who work as only tue and thursday arvo pickup was nnot an option

    Has anyone had any success contacting Gate Gourmet? I emailed the Sydney location to change my pick up time two days ago but haven’t received a response.

      I did contact Brisbane office twice to change the time (by email), quick response and no issue at all.

    Just plaed an order and was told the pickup time is a week from today! Surely they can organise it quicker than that? Also, no contact number just an email.

    just picked up mine lunch/dinner packs from Brisbane office today and there was super long drive through queue, waited about half an hour. I thought I am only getting two types as per previous comments said, however got home and found I got 5 types so I am happy :) Tried Beef bourguignon and chicken parma, taste is OK just bit salty.

    Just a heads up Ordered 30 meals and ended up with 20 x Tom Yum Rice and 10 x Mongolian Beef. Picked up Perth 29/6. So much for being a mixed pack :-(

    Order Update: Completed checkout on 17 June, 6pm, Perth.

    Today was pickup day and upon checking my emails, they've cancelled orders due to oversell.

    "After reviewing our stock counts over the weekend, we are confirming that we must unfortunately cancel and refund your order."

    Check your emails Perth peeps and be prepared for disappointment!

      I can comment for Melbourne.
      Had a Tuesday pick up but couldn't go till Sat.

      No issues at all. They had a drive thru set-up, just give your order number and they bring it out.

      Most of the meals were beef rendang with jasmine rice.

        Thanks managed to get an email back and had a mobile I could call to ask. They actually accept pick-up at any-time. Got mine today (sat) @ 1:30pm.

    Just picked up my order for the second time in Brisbane. Got Beef Bourguignon, Potato and Ricotta Gnocchi, Chicken Mushroom stew, Mushroom ravioli with tomato olive sauce. A little disappointed at getting some of the same stuff I got last time, but still good value meals, so can't complain.

    This crowd made 7 news in Melbourne for a cheap eats review during COVID. Love it.
