  I had a double checked the document that you sent to us alongside your click history and I can see that the system recorded that you made your click last July, 02, 2020 around 01:05:00PM. Please be advised that cashback for the Unlimited 35GB Mobile Plan was offered on July 02, 2020 exactly at 05:20:45PM until 31/07/2020 11:59:59 PM. Because of this, the transaction is not eligible for cashback.
