Home Loan Refinance , Receive up to $3,000 Cash Bonus when you refinance to an eligible Suncorp Bank home loan.

    The conditions apply excludes most people and you can get the same deal going direct with Suncorp. Makes no sense to go to a broker. :/

    Does the suncorp deal include offset mortgages?

    Apply directly with Suncorp and they’ll contact you and then ask them to do a better rate and they will. I ended up staying with my current mortgage after contacting my bank and asking them to lower my variable and they did. Ended up saving 3.5k over the term which is more than the cash back and also fees they charge to set up the loan, discharge your old loan etc

      Sometimes broker can have access to certain wholesale product. Also bank trust brokers more than individuals.

      Its depends on your loan amount.
      But they offered pretty good rates on pricing to our other clients.Suncorp waiving off package fee for first year as well.We are not allowed to disclose special rates they offered to us on public platform.

    Celebration finance has 15 5star reviews, judging by the names of the reviewers likely to be friends and family.
    Makes me a bit wary going through them rather than directly to suncorp.

    Advertise rate is 3.04%.Basic variable product is 2.78% .We are not allowed to disclose Rates we are getting from suncorp on public platform.

    We can only answer calls during our business hours.We received some calls before 7 am and after 7 am. I dont see any reason to put this on public platform..
