Doesn't appear to be the newer model with the HERO 16K Sensor.

Also no Cashback on 'Computers' category from Cashrewards or Shopback.

ah - I'm wrong on both counts then :D

        thx

      • Cashrewards had 5% off computers last I checked today.

    • Nope, does not include computers these days.

I'm using one of these at the moment. I recommend doing some reading on user reviews before jumping on this. I've been using Logitech mice exclusively for many years and this one is downright disappointing.

Some people have had to get these replaced under warranty multiple times. I'm only on my second replacement mouse now.

The main reason for this is due to extra mouse clicks. This is because Logitech has been using cheap unbranded mouse switches instead of the good ones (like from Omron). Once outside of warranty, you can only fix this if you are happy to replace the switches yourself (some soldering equipment and skills required).

yup i have the same double click issues, its a joke for such an expensive mouse, and more when you invested in the charge pad aswell

  • Usb c? Are there any gaming mice with USB c?

Just took delivery of a Corsair Dark Core RGB Pro SE today for that very reason. Had the original for a HTPC too.

Replaced the first version of this Logitech mouse actually for my main pc.

      • Does that have usb c does it.wt me have a look

I currently have Corsair Ironclaw RGB Wireless and microUSB bugs me cos everything else I run is thru usb-c

Any bargain on a gaming trackball? Thanks.

I have this mouse and love it. Got it for way cheaper than this though.

    • Yeah I snagged the $79 EB Games clearance deal a few months ago (uses the older 12,000 DPI sensor but who cares), and absolutely cannot fault it for that price. Not sure If I'd pay $179 though.

      • Oh snap! I missed that

Should have done the dodgy like me and price match with Officeworks selling the hero sensor version. Got the newer version for $79 less the 5%.

        • I actually did price beat at Officeworks on the advice of people in the comments and still got the 12,000 version. My only guess at the time was some stores had older stock. Thought I too had done the dodgy until I read the box description at home 😅

@deanylev: Damn, that's unlucky! I knew it was a risk but I took it knowing I would be ok with the 12,000 version and I got the hero. So did my colleague, luck of the draw I guess.

@drinkin-beer: Yeah I'm more than happy with the 12,000 version, still a great price.

  • Good luck if you lose the dongle. Logitech don't sell replacements so you have to source unofficial ones yourself. Pretty shitty if you care about what you plug into your PC.

    • how…… did you lose your dongle…. shouldn't it supposed to be pluged into your PC and never move?

      • Used it with a laptop for a bit. Got lost at some point moving it back and forth. It's tiny and easy to misplace. Even if you don't lose it, if it breaks for some reason you're in the same boat.

        • I believe there are some adaptors available on ebay.

          • @HD9990: None are official from Logitech. Only a mad man would plug a device into their PC from a random supplier.
