  • Worth getting 2 of these to run together? I run a very old 30" Apple monitor and a cheap Lenovo 27" side by side at the moment for work (from home) and the odd other thing at the moment… I don't game so much to be honest - but scaled high res is MUCH easier on the eyesight… I've ordered one to replace the 30" already…..tempted by another just to have exact same resolution side by side….

I guess we’ll be getting some cash back then?

    • I believe so! Requesting it now

      • Let me know how it goes and whether it or isn’t automatic! Thank you :)

    • Wonder what the best avenue for claiming the difference back is.

      • I will email allphones via ebay message to try and get $37 ($636-599) back.

        • I did this also!

@edmobile8: Me three. TBH, I'd rather get it from Allphones than Gearbite.

            • @NotAnAudiophile: Unfortunately we are unable to match that price as they are selling different stock from us.The other sellers are selling with Overseas grey import stock which it doesn't come with the local manufacturer warranty.

The ones we are selling are genuine Australian stock with GST tax invoice and comes with local manufacturer warranty. Australian stocks are fully compliant to Australian standards. For any manufacturer issue, you can simply return it to your nearest Mi-store/service center within Australia or return back to us for warranty services with proof of purchase.

We strongly recommend you to purchase genuine Australian stock as they are the best value/price for Australian stock. However if you wish not to proceed with the order. We can cancel and refund your current order.

              • @edmobile8: I got this too. If what they said is true then yes I would still rather get it from allphones/mohileciti for peace of mind.

      • me 4.

I wonder if Gearbite or Allphones has the better warranty? from the comments it seems like Gearbite does

      • -2

I can ensure you the stock we offer are 100% Australia stock directly shipped from Au local distributor, any issues with warranty you can raise up with our customer service support or xiaomi AU official

Would you be able to match Gearbite's policy of 0 dead pixels over the 2 years with paid return postage by the seller? That is a huge difference in warranty for me.

          • @sleepyowl: lol gearbites warranty claim is far superior…. replacement warranted if only 1 dead pixel is found in 2 whole years

  • Email from Allphones:

    "Thank you for your email.

    • Should we use this clause on the eBay listing then?

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy: Cancelled order accepted due to change of mind, price changes or delays prior to order dispatch.

For any manufacturer issue, you can simply return it to your nearest Mi-store/service center within Australia
Which there are none so it would just be the same as Gearbite's return process then.

Yes, that seems pretty disingenuous if there are no Mi-stores/service centres in Australia - maybe ask them for a list of all the Mi-stores and service centres in Australia?

        • IMHO since gearbite stock is parallel imported I would stay with allphones, issue being if the retailer goes bust for whatever reason I can still chase the official distributor for warranty. To me that’s worth the additional $35.

  • Any update on shipment?

    • no update:(

    • ETA 31th July

      • Oh then it doesn't look like we will get it even this week 😔

  • Reps: Did the stock arrive on schedule?

    • Hi 10-80

Yes, warehouse just told me they will try to dispatch all the back orders today, worse case will be monday.

      • Thank you

  • Just got my tracking number and by the looks was shipped friday cant wait :)

  • -1

Received my email just now at 2:05PM — notice that the ETA is 4th-6th. A bit dissapointing as it seems Gearbite customers got theirs already..

    • Hi yvr

Sorry to see your disappointed, official AU stock only avaiable in Australia Friday 31th-July as mentioned in the listing.

since we already dispatched your order, you should received it shortly

      thanks for your support!

  • Just received my monitor today. Everything looks great except for a subtle hissing noise coming from the monitor.

    • Has anyone experienced this?
    • Is this expected?
    • +1

I don't have any hissing noise on mine… maybe check everything is plugged in fully? I didn't plug my power cable in properly and it was making a noise

      • yeah I have checked everything and I can still hear the minor coil noise from the screen. I might reach out to the allphones support rep to see if this is a known issue. thanks mate

        • No coil noise from mine either! Very pleased with the purchase so far.. my old phillips 24" looks miniscule next to it thats for sure!

      • That's the kind of thing that would really bug me.
        Mine is silent.

  • +1

Received mine with a dead pixel, waiting for a reply from rep hoping for a smooth process, will update everyone soon on the ease.

  • Received mine yesterday and put it straight on to a monitor arm. Pretty happy with it overall.

The ghosting is slightly worse than Samsung's C32JG54QQE 32" 144hz but colour and backlight are much better than it.

Only wish the power cord (AU) can be longer and the control can be replaced with a joy stick. Also the back cover has the cable management hole in the middle, which would be better moved right below the power in.
