  Thanks… Ordered some of the eye fillet for delivery and it looks like they charge per unit with a weight range but charge the highest amount per KG of the weight range?
  It will be interesting to see what actual weight's worth gets delivered?

    Yeah I had one that was as tough as shoe leather and now only buy other beef cuts when on special which have been more reliable.
