there's no right or wrong in this part of the process, though many people will try and convince you otherwise (and try and sell you ANOTHER bbq gadget). you literally just tear the meat apart after its been cooked so gently that the connective tissue and fat has broken down/melted.
i don't like these claws, prefer using hands (with gloves) or regular forks. but there's nothing wrong with them and this is a great price.

The marinade injector was pretty shite, from our experience, but the claws go OK. The briquettes, though? I can't say… Although I may have to check them out. LOL
