I get "no phone number associated with this order" which is nuts as I clicked through a text from them to me to follow the link

Got a 64gb sd card U3 for 10.20$ but they gave me a u1 and i received sms offer. Clicked on sms entered email address still no $10 credit. Is it mean to be received via email or sms and how long do you have to wait?
