60mins and no duck puns! C’mon OzBargain, guess I’ll have to start.

    Ducking good deal.

Seems like a good deal. I might duck in and get a few. Hopefully the bill isnt too big.

You're going to ruffle some feathers with corny comments like that. Yeah I know, you don't care. Like water off a ducks back.

  • Can someone explain to me how the 10% Extra Value on the DJ GCs work?

    TIA!

    • +5

Pay for $100 gift card, get $110 loaded onto the card.

  • Can you use a Coles giftcard to buy DJ giftcards?

    • I do not think so.
Unless some Coles has old system?

  • can the DJ GC be used for online shopping? would be great if combined with cashback

    • +1

Yes, either up to five or ten cards max

  • Is it possible that David Jones going to be the First place to release the new '5G' iPhone?

    • +2

No; they'll get it the same day as Apple stores, JB Hi-Fi and telcos :/ Why would DJs have an exclusive before the Apple store?

      • Same day is fine, just hope they have enough stock

        • +3

As a ex-staff member, they definitely won't have enough stock, especially if you don't go as soon as the doors open. I wouldn't be stocking up on gift cards just so you can save on a 5G iPhone; use the 8% off via workplace rewards programs instead.

          • @kerfuffle: Keen to explain how to get "8% off via workplace rewards programs" ? Which companies offer this?

            • @viksa: Clearly not the one you work for … This wiki will have more information about where to get discounted DJs gift cards

  • Anyone know if you can load $500 onto a single card or is the $200 the highest?

    • +1

$200 is the highest; I've never seen $500 gift cards for any shop in the supermarket
