  • show price and spec please

  • Only free shipping and only for the first 10 people? I'd be surprised if this gets any positive feedback.

  • Doesn't seem like a particularly amazing price for a full system, but I don't really know AMD tech.

If the free shipping is meant to set this appart then I don't see why I wouldn't just pick one of the hundreds of local stores to buy a rig.

  • not that great

It has a "huge 500GB hard disk drive"! Can you even buy a smaller one these days?

$630 for a amd960 powered PC, 500Gb Harddrive, no frills MB, Average ATI GFX card, No windows & No monitor
    - that is NOT a Bargain!!!
    OK MSY with better specs..
AMD 965T Quadcore CPU (faster), Same Motherboard, 4Gb DDR RAM, 1TB HDD(Bigger), Samsung Burner, CoolerMaster Case & PSU, Same Videocard Total $523.00

    • did you factor in labour and the "i cant be arsed to do it myself" discount factor?

      • 15 mins + Midsize Phillips head + Minimum amount of braincells = $100 Saving

    • sorry, mate. I want to pos your comment but accidently clicked the neg….
could some1 help me to change?

  • Overpriced no bargain here just advertising

Well it really depends where you live. Keep in mind Sending a PC is quite heavy and large so shipping can range from $12-$35 depending which state your in. $35.00 is a good saving.

    Sorry for people who disagree.

  • Build your own,it's really not that hard and you can get all the info you need at Whirpool-

Will work out cheaper and exactly what parts you want.

  • it's amazing how often people post specials on here, only to get reminded of what constitutes a "bargain", in our eyes. It's not always fair to compare to MSY prices, but they are genuine, and available, and just about nationwide (depending on the queues at individual stores).

Good luck to any other system builders posting bargains on OzBargain !!

Ok - I just priced this out myself on the listed components (most from PC Case Gear)and came in at around $580 not including shipping - and I have to build it myself.

I would pay the extra $50 to have someone build and test, as long as I got the free shipping

I revoke my neg and call this a bargain

    • Thanks - appreciate your feedback.

I admit, my knee-jerk reaction to this post was it was a bit of a fail-bargain

But, I'm in the process of building a rig for myself at the moment, so I looked at the components you had listed and priced it out for myself. From there I could see you were charging a fair price and the free shipping made it a bargain (although not a knock-out type bargain, but definitely not a fail)

People here are comparing this to self-builds, not including the shipping and/or time and effort to procure the parts and the effort/headache required to build a system (I'm pretty good now but my first couple of efforts had issues). You have to factor that kind of thing to the price of these systems

  • Horrible "bargain".

  • Well sorry you guys feel that way. I would love to hear from you - if you have any genuine opinions of how vCore can improve their systems or special please contact [email protected]

      Price in title.

Since this is your first post, you should start of with a bang. Such as not factoring in the labor and pretend to give free shipping while making either $1 or zero profit.

Especially when you only have a very limited number of them as well.

  • What a bargain!!! Thanks for the ad…

  • Waste of time.
