92
FAMILY20

First time poster. I found the code works for 20% off Zoono orders. I ordered the first time after doing research and wanting my family protected. Good for children. I bought it after seeing it featured on Channel 9 news last week. Qantas, London Underground and G8 childcare centres and anytime fitness are customers and using the products. TGA approved for the spray against covid. Given what going on in Melbourne, I sent packs to family and friends and good for kids. Free delivery

This seems really spammy… "Less toxic than Vitamin C"

Here's an independent test that you can read up on.

So it's OK, but certainly not worth paying about 3 times as much as regular chemist brands

      • -4

You spray it once a month. It give up to 30 days protection. Regular chemist spray is harsh on skin and not all TGA approved against covid. It’s worth paying for protecting my family and children and elderly.

" It’s worth paying for protecting my family and children and elderly."

Wait, children and the elderly aren't a part of your family?

    • "As you can see, both the hand with the Zoono and the hand with no sanitizer still had plenty of germs on them after only 1 hour and 15 minutes. I can't see any extended germ-killing activity from the Zoono."

Lol, there's a sucker born every minute

$250 for 5L of “protection”? Lol , wow what a scam.
    Wish I’d thought of it.🤔

I bought winter pack which was $49 before discount for three bottles of hand sanitiser and one bottle of the surface spray. Surface spray lasts up to 30 days so you just use it once a month. Hand sanitiser is once a day and last up to 24 hours of preotection. It acts as a shield.

    • Yes ridiculous prices. Anyne know what they cost before Covid-19? I'm betting considerably less.

I find it pretty good since there's no alcohol so it doesn't dry up my skin

Qantas provides zoono wipes to all passenger when you fly along with mask as part of their fly well program. It is pricey but protection for covid and tga approved. Not many are tga approved and used by major corporations. You spray once a month as protection against covid. This is what the ages care and hospitals need. I’m happy to pay for protection for my family and there’s a discount code with free delivery. The winter pack is $49 before discount with three bottles of hand sanitiser and one bottle of surface spray

Please tick the 'I am affiliated with the store or product' box next time mate

      • I am not affiliated with the store. I did my research and bought the products. Zoono is well known in nz and large corporations are using it and they are starting retail as it is mostly selling to businesses. I am a mum that is sharing with other mums who want to protect their family and kids.

        • If you read carefully, they only claim to be effective against feline coronavirus.

  • +6

There is some very careful language being used by this company on its website, so do your own research.

The product has not been tested for its efficacy against COVID-19 directly. It has been tested (and found effective) against general coronaviruses. This has also been verified by the TGA for its Z-71 surface sanitiser. However, the claims of being effective for up to 30 days has not been tested against viruses at all. This means that it will take care of any viruses present on surfaces at the time of treatment but I wouldn't be reliant on residual protection.

To me, this creates a false sense of security for users and may actually cause businesses to undertreat facilities, which is not a great outcome in my opinion.

      • nice original joke…

Company is infamous for various spam / guerilla marketing across here and social media (especially local neighbourhood / suburban Facebook groups). Many shareholders desperately wanting a return on investment from a company making very questionable claims about their product.

    • +1

You could argue shareholders aren't exactly "desperately wanting a return" given ZNO is up 2500% since this time last year.

I know I'm not desperately wanting a return…Already got it. Up 2500%. The retail consumer market makes up all but a fraction of Zoono.

Just spam marketing to people's fear.

Prepare for the onslaught of these sorts of non-deals into the future posted from the clueless.

  • Zoono struggling for sales… not good for share price.

    and apparently:

"Zoono is nothing more than a benzalkonium chloride sanitizer.

A chemical that is known to have side effects, including in it's use as a disinfectant."

    • +2

Just about every medicine and disinfectant can have side effects in rare circumstances.
