  I dunno why they don't make these so that the compartments are isolated from each other. Don't really see the point.

    It's so stuff doesn't mix around - salad separate from a sandwich for example

      Yeah I get it, but there's a gap between the top of the divider and the lid, so, for example, some salad dressing will leak across and make your sandwich bread soggy unless you keep the container absolutely horizontal the whole time.
