I think you can only use google pay money for office 365 plans. Not available for one drive only.
You can use it for Dropbox too
not sure about one drive, but i've been doing that for over a year now for Google Drive 1TB subscription. just be sure to point your payment method to your Google Play balance.

Apparently you can't even use the Rewards Points earned from purchasing the Gift Cards, to purchase additional Gift Cards.
@RichardL: When did this change? i think earlier you can rinse and repeat on using reward $10 off voucher to purchase Gift cards.

I know its a joke, but the fact is that heaps of people do this not realising its a scam, so it might not be the most responsible thing to comment something like this because the chances are someone will go 'oh can you do that' and go buy them for that reason.

That promotion only started today, and you'd be better off buying a $20 gift card as that'll also net you 1000 points in theory

I believe you can only load up 2 a day from your account, but send or receive gift to/from others. I don't think there is a hard limit, so you can have a year's worth of credit.
I logged into my account on PC and sequentially entered the netflix gift card serial numbers in one sitting. Did 5x $20 cards in one go. No issues.

Speaking of the deal though, I'd just finished using the dozen $20 cards I got from that deal so this deal has come along at a perfect time to top my account up again.
