Just stumbled accross this deal, which seems like a great price for a newly released phone. Seems to be the cheapest I can find it in a walk in store. As pointed out below, possible pricing error.

So true! But it will come down in price eventually. I currently have the Oppo R15 Pro, purchase it through JBHIFI Commercial for about $600 which was around $70 cheaper than JBHIFI. In a year & a half its now $300 less. Amazing hahah

@matt-ozb: I was talking to him, not you. I agree. I wont buy a phone without wireless charging anymore. It's a pity, because there are so many good ones without it.
10hrs screen on time, don't even charge overnight any more. Usually plug it in in the morning if needed for 20-30 mins before work and it's back to 100%.

I love it the form factor of the s20(standard) is imo the best size with a case on(UAG)
But the battery life is a disgrace. Seriously embarassing. I used to always import snapdragons - S10 etc but decided to go with Aus stock
Anyways I'm happy I got my find X 2 pro. This screen is insane π camera is as well
And most of all I don't have to mess around with the stupid fingerprint scanner! The one on the Samsung series has the ultrasonic one and it's soooo temperamental.

@Mkm: U can definitely feel the battery life issue from the s20 series vs my old OnePlus 7t. Like a bit of music in the morning shower and some scrolling and it's already at 80ish % from full charge. Not cool
Well it feels like a Huawei tbh and not like a OnePlus. I feel there are just a few off things about it in the setting but once u get used to it it's feels great!
Double tap for camera is missing and annoying but that's ok.
And all day today been looking for cases jeez. Gone Bondi and Paddy's markets and no one has any cases. Phone king or jbhfi got nothing for this phone haha π
@Mkm: Ummm if you have a open mind and like to muck around for a bit at the start to get it where u like it then it will be fine

@agalea101: I've been using iphone and samsung for android. Been using Australian version of samsung so not sure how much better snapdragon version is. I bought oppo a52 recently from deal posted here, but i use that as a second phone for hotspot , navigation and music only. I am not sure if I will be able to replace my Samsung's S10 5g with this oppo find x2pro.
@Mkm: Ah ok well if it's not for everyday media and social as well then S10 5g sill packs a good punch. Though sounds like you have not experienced fast 120 or 90hz on your screens … Once you do it's going to ruin you for everything else haha
You could still try and find the X2 pro and sell your 5g for 1k? Or not sure what they going for these days.

@agalea101: I've been using S10 5g for almost a year now and it's really good. I just wanted to experience 120 hz screen and according to the reviews it seems to be good price that's why I bought find x 2 pro , still waiting for delivery though. I am not sure to keep oppo or return it when I get it , just double minded. Color os is fine but samsung one ui has more functions I think, always on display, connect to multiple headphones over Bluetooth at same time, samsung dex etc.
Do you realise anything missing on oppo coming from samsung , or can you convince me to try oppo :p
@Mkm: Probably things you need to get used to is an entirely new OS environment, that is what separates the software experiences between brands.

Dex is meh but the note 20 being wireless is cool and makes more sense so yeah didn't use Dex much at all on the s20
I reckon your Gunna love the it. It's such a amazing phone and the front camera is insane. Maybe next year try OnePlus oxygen os. I feel that is the best for me and then Samsung then Oppo/Huawei but only by a hair

I have the same one (vegan leather) and it's fantastic! SD865 so faster than note 20 ultra exynos i believe. Confirmed with Oppo support that Oz version is only single sim! Although when i checked the sim port, it's got contacts on both sides (meaning dual sim could possibly work!) Ordered a dual sim tray from China and will try to hack to convert into dual sim π.
