    I’m a cotton on employee if anyone has any questions regarding perks.

      Just to confirm, all I have to do is load up the app and login to receive the 50 perk points within 7 days?

    • Installed the Android app, login to my existing account.
      Went to "My Perks" and it says I'm not a member so I filled in details (using same email address as the existing account)
      I can't sign up as it says I'm an existing Perks member. Any advice?

      • Same here, happens on website too. Perks does not recognise me as member (although I have previously claimed some perks in store on same account) and gets me to sign up only to tell me I am already a member…it goes in circle..

  • Installed the Android app, and I can't even register. Always get a 'Something went wrong' error dialog. Registered via website and tried signing in the app, again same error. I don't use a VPN, and I tried via my home NBN and 4G data. No luck. Not exactly the best introduction to the app.

    EDIT: Just tried on my iPhone as well. Same error. That's no good at all!
