Due to this busy period we have added two extra delivery days Thursday & Friday to service all Sydney and Southern Highland customers. Interstate deliveries will remain the same.

Deliveries to Melbourne are unaffected and remain the same every Thursday & Friday.

In light of Covod-19 I would like to reassure everyone that we will continue use food grade sanitization products in the refrigerated pantec and space where products are stored. My drivers will be wearing gloves when delivering your order.

  Grain fed beef taste much better than grass fed beed.

  Wouldn't say this is a deal as $33/kg for grass fed is still towards a premium price

      Nearly all aussie cattle is grass fed, many are grain finished and barely any are completely grain fed as it is a lot cheaper to feed them grass over here. Wagyu breeds for example are primarily grain fed for better marbling and many say that fat is flavor. Most people have only eaten grass fed beef or grass fed, grain finished beef if its aussie. If you buy boxes of beef in bulk you will find a little 'GF' symbol which means grain fed (not grass fed which i used to think!) which means its been either fully grain fed which is very rare or grain finished for its last 60+ days of its life to improve the yield and marbling. Then again depends what type of grain or grass it is as that will change its flavor as well.

      I guess personal preference if you prefer a more grassy flavour and less marbling but SousVideEverything clearly prefer grain fed
