Wow, Amazon how pulled another $14.99 app out of the bag for free! I'd recommend not posting negative comments because you don't have an Amazon account, some of us do and some of us need reminding about the good deals. Don't bitch about the deal just because you don't have membership to the club, think CostCo.

Some people have mentioned this has worked for them but has recently been blocked, feel free to try it:

"cwongtech" reports that browsing the Amazon signup page from a non-Australian IP by using http://browsesafely.co.uk/ seems to work. Any other feedback?

If your account got blocked, go to https://www.amazon.com/gp/mas/your-account/myapps and deregister your smartphone first, before signing in with the fresh account that's been signed up via browsesafely.co.uk

      I installed trial of Documents ToGo and OfficeSuite Pro. For my documents (word 2010 and excel 2010) I found Documents ToGo better as far as keeping the data representation consistent with the desktop version of those documents is concerned. Got rid of OfficeSuite Pro. YMMV.

        I'm with "borealis" on the fact it's doesn't render as well as 'Documents ToGo' and the rendering speed of PDFs especially is slower (and I'm on a SGS2!) but I've not had issues opening any document type I throw at it (opens without errors). It's certainly good enough to view the details of a document and basic editing. The integration with Google Docs is perfect. 7/10 from me.

      Mine's coming up with Amazon Appstore for Android is not yet available in your region as well :(
      Made a second account, same thing happening.

      Use http://browsesafely.co.uk/ to make and add your info on a new amazon account
      I think amazon may be region locking accounts based on sign-up IP

      But Blaze, it's android only, Apple doesn't allow other appstores I think

    Hmmm. How odd, never received this error before. And I get a "We encountered a system error during your request." whenever I try to add in payment details in my 1-click settings.

    Tried everything possible doesnt work…

    Even tried hotspot shield and amazon store wouldnt let me download this app saying "due to geographical limitation" sigh

      Try deregistering your mob phone from ALL accounts you've signed into with and use browsesafely to make a new account to sign in with your mob phone (after it's been deregistered to all)

    wow I did not realise this would be a highlight, I check for free apps everyday in Amazon and just accumulate them in my account lol

    here's a tip - your account will activate in multiple andro devices and you can re-download these apps again as long as they had been 'purchased' ;)

          I haven't lost any functionality from keeping it up to date so far. You shouldn't have issues.
