Would this software help in clearing up .amr files?
I have old phone conversation recordings (using some android call recorder) with a dear one that I'd like to hear over and over - but the voice most of the times is muffled. Or either of us were talking over one another. Is there something that will help enhance the clarity ? And could our individual voices be separated ?
Any guidance and I will be indebted.

  Neutron is more for mixing music. You might as well grab it while it's free though. For audio editing or repairing, you'll need something like RX (Izotope) or Audition (Adobe). Or you could try experimenting with Audacity (free). EQ might improve the "muffled" sound but it is very difficult to separate talking at the same time - unless the 2 voices are really different from each other (eg one high pitch and the other low). Even then, it is tricky (you'd need some sort of spectral analysis).
