mmm, gotta love that loewe Bild quality! :P

65 foot…. Woah, didn't know they made TVs that big!

  • Main site
    Specs
HDR10 & HLG (no Dolby Vision)

  • Still going to stockpile for that ever elusive round the world business flight. No doubt qantas will devalue the FF program again…

    • Start searching now while there’s still biz class seats.

This doesn't seem like a good points per dollar value. Not much of a deal. That's without getting into the actual quality of this product and how it compares to other $3k TV's

  • +3

I don't know what those points equate to in actual money so maybe this is a bargain, but I'd steer clear of Loewe and other 'luxury' electronics brands if you care about bargains - goes double for TVs since they use the same panels that you'll find in other consumer TVs with a luxury markup.

As best I can tell, the highest end 65" 4k LCD from LG/Samsung/Sony goes for ~$3k and I guarantee it's going to perform better than this since they can actually afford to invest in the R&D due to the scale of their market, rather than taking someone else's electronics and putting a fancy housing on it. This doesn't even have Full-array dimming

Considering you could sell the points for over $5k it definitely doesn’t seem a good deal.

who's buying QFF points for 1c? all i see in classifieds are tumbleweeds

  • +1

Get a load of the ir recevier placed in the bottom middle looks terrible

    • yeah, looks dreadful, especially when on the wall.

    • Like it was an after thought. Its like whoa. Sh*t we forgot the ir receiver and we already mass producing the frame. I know lets dangle it down like a dog's balls.

DON'T TOUCH this brand, they recently went broke, again, not worth the risk

  • +3

    Not a bargain.

  • Loewe TV's use LG panels……. So less "Made in 🇩🇪" and more "Assembled in 🇩🇪".

  • Wait, we're not going anywhere? Wasn't that Tasmania/Australia travel bubble meant to be happening soon?

    • Aus to NZ travel bubble was in the cards but Auckland got new cases. So it got shelved.

521k points is literally a first class ticket anywhere in the world, RETURN! Just because you're not using the points now doesn't mean they'll turn to dust. When the flying starts again, and it will, that's worth $10k to $20k.

Alternatively save it for around the world business or first class trip in a few years. Not a tv.

  • Mate, my $95 backpack has a 25 years warranty.

Loewe Bild, the marketing guys need to be fired. you are trying to sell in an English speaking country lol, not a good thing when you brand name rhymes with 'low build' (quality)
