Sorry for those who bought ThinkPad E320 for $539 using the coupon code on Wednesday. The same laptop appears to be $509.15 when you apply the latest code from Lenovo — THINKIDEA. Same spec:

  • Lenovo ThinkPad E320 Enhanced
  • Intel Core i5-2430M Processor (2.40GHz, 3M Cache)
  • Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit)
  • 13.3" W HD (1366 x 768) LED
  • Intel HD Graphics
  • 4GB PC3-10600 DDR3 SDRAM
  • 320GB Hard Disk Drive, 7200rpm

Upgrade to 128MB SSD bring it to $770.95, although you might be able to source SSD a bit cheaper elsewhere. Another worthwhile upgrade would be ThinkPad 2x2 a/b/g/n.

Coupon code THINKIDEA also applies to other ThinkPad products:

  • Hi Scotty, any idea when will get the next 'ozbargain exclusive' coupon will come through? The thinkidea coupon now is not bad, but I'm hoping for another OBLV50!

    Thanks.

    • Ha. It's not for me to decide. I will ask my contact there to see whether there's anything coming up.

  • +2

    good price for i5 2410m
    still missing the i3 2310m $389.22 price.

  • It's not the same laptop. Seems to be upgraded, CPU is 2430M and 2330M.

  • +1

I had a look at the ThinkPads today. At first I was like: Wow there are so many models. Then I couldn't find a high powered one that didn't cost the Earth. Disappointing really.

    • I am more shocked to see still no USB3 in T520.

  • $261 for a 128MB SSD is pretty tempting…

  • Ships from plant within 2-3 weeks
(plus approx. 5 bus. days delivery)**

OMG REALLY … almost a month of waiting for a laptop has anyone ordered one befor does it really take this long?
