Put the price in title please.

    • Hi there,

Thank you for showing interest in our website!

I would like to inform you that we need to adjust our prices based on the exchange rates.
This is a process we have to go through on a daily basis.

Besides this, we need to adjust our prices when we are sourcing new stock to sell on our website.
As such, we suggest that you visit our website for the prices.

  • Is the Price Incl. GST or you would add 10% on the quoted amount above?

    • -5

It would of been faster for you to find out yourself than asking that question

      • Nah. By law you must quote prices in GST.

    • Hi there,

Thank you for showing interest in our website!

Please note that as we are based in Hong Kong, there are no GST charges included in our prices.

Because of this, our invoice will not reflect any GST.

We do ship our orders with special logistics arrangements, which means you will not have to bear any additional charge.

GST and customs duties are absorbed in our shipping methods, which means the price paid during checkout will be final.

Should you have further questions, please let us know.

Do these guys from HK have good reputation?

    • +1

Seems to be very mixed. I think they are pretty standard until you have an issue and then some people say sorted easy and some have trouble. I had to do a chargeback at one point with them (also 1 with gearbest) as they support wasn't great, but is very mixed. I purchased a Xiaomi off toby deals the other day and was dispatched quickly (within 24hrs).

      • Which Xiaomi did you get?
And where can we get redmi 10x?

        • I brought the 10x zoom, but it doesn't work on my campuses eduroam "issue being our RADIUS servers are outdated and negotiating to a lower version of TLS security and won't be updated by Networks team", so I returned it and the Xiaomi I brought was Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 4GB/128GB Dual Sim, just as a backup phone. Xiaomi's also have the same issues with the uni's wifi (along with Nokia, Pixel, Realme etc etc etc).

I think I'm going to hold out for the JIHIFI deals again and just cancel the contract.

I think Harvey Norman still has the Oppo 5G in stock pretty cheap. They are all on clearance and if it wasn't for the wifi issue would have kept. Really decent handset

  • Do gray import phones from samsung can with an international warranty that can be claimed upon within Australia?

    • +1

I assume you mean "come" and the answer is no. They will see that its grey and might fix it for you but will charge you, some places won't even fix it at all or can't because parts can vary on what the grey model has which they don't stock and won't get in

      • Yes, come, sorry. Thanks. Just didn't know with Samsung and gray imports. I know some companies like Dell, Apple and Microsoft are very good and others are total crap Cheers for the answer mate

"Grey Import" = company has no proof you bought it. They can't provide you any service.

    • Hi there,

      Thank you for your message.

As per you inquiry, all the products that we offer are all imported goods that said we only cover the warranty through our own company.

You can check this link for more information about our warranty:

Don't recommend these guys at all. Avoid them at all costs. Very slow to process orders. Customer service is non-existent. Reached out to them multiple times with no response. Save yourself the nightmare.

    • I've hand no issues with them. Get orders in 2 weeks generally

      • You work for them, yeah ;)

        • Yepp getting 80% commission on every sale ;)

  • Here’s Gadgetguy’s reasoning y u shouldn’t buy grey imports..” Warning about grey market and parallel importers
We have named and shamed the major grey market and parallel importers here. Do not buy from them as you will not get Samsung Australia warranty; Australian over-the-air OS and firmware updates; and you cannot make a 000 call without a sim. In fact, as these generally do not support LTE Band 28 used by Telstra and Optus, so most of the time all you will get is 3G”

    • Australian over-the-air OS and firmware updates; and you cannot make a 000 call without a sim

That's not really true when buying a Samsung you can flash it to Australian rom via odin and will have all of that, pretty easily

      • Doesn’t flashing your rom void any warranty on your phone?

        • You won't have any local warranty on a grey import anyway and you could always restore to the old one aslong as you didn't trip knox

    • The A71 has Band 28. Not having to wait for Australian updates is a feature, not a bug.

      Only thing is warranty really.

20 days since I placed my order: no contact, no answer to my messages, nothing. Opened a dispute on PayPal.

Steer away from these guys. Waste of time and money.

I did reach out regarding status but no response.. ordered 13th August. Makes me question if you have stock or just getting them when someone orders, hence the delays
