  • What is the expiry date of the SIM?

    • +2

      Hello.

All sims have an expiry till August 2022

      Kind Regards
      CELLMATE

  • Can I port in from telstra?

    • +2

      Hello!

The short answer is yes you can but if you are on postpaid you first need to change to prepaid and then contact Boost support for the porting process which unfortunately is not the most recommended course of action as they are working with limited staff

      Kind Regards
      CELLMATE

If you need more assistance please PM us your number and a member of our team will call you

      • HEY Rep, what about belong users?

        • +1

Hello. You can port directly from Belong with no known issues.

Port in from Belong happens as a normal prepaid port from one carrier to another

          • @Cellmate: Belong actually behaves like postpaid IIRC. Last time I ported out, they wanted account #.

            • @dotJaz: Hello.
Please try porting from Belong can be done as a prepaid as long as the date of birth is the same

      • Don't you need a blank SIM in order to do this? Previously Boost has required a blank one sent direct from them (for a Telstra to Boost port) rather than an off-the-shelf retail pre-paid SIM (with a non-activated phone number attached).

  • hi store rep , last month i used telestra postpaid and now ported to Optus pre paid. so i am with optus pre paid now , Question will be any issue if port to boost now?

    • Hello.

No issues in porting from Optus to Boost now even if you were previously with Telstra.

      Kind Regards

      • thanks Cellmate

Still have six months to go on the $150 for 12 months plan. I am REALLY gonna miss that sweet deal :(

    • Doesn't it still pop up now and then?

    • No option to recharge if already on it?

  • I was on a post-paid Telstra contract but a few days ago I cancelled and paid out my contract and went to Telstra prepaid. Do I still need to get a blank sim if I am on Telstra prepaid and wish to port my number to boost?

  • +1

What about the existing boost prepaid users?

    • +2

Port out and back seems to be the only way.

      • +2

Pretty average time to do porting games if you (or others) rely on your service.

    • As an existing user I can say their mobile service is quite good (equal to Telstra in my case), but Telstra and Boost customer service is currently limited thanks to COVID.

So what are you negging? Are you negging this deal and the bargain price or boost which cellmate and this deal has nothing to do with?

      • +2

How does Boost have nothing to do with this deal? It's literally a deal about them

    • +1

Your negative vote is confusing. Cations are positively charged

  • Add 240GB Data & expiry to activate.

  • The cheapest I have seen is $240 for this deal at Southern Cross, This is stll expensive

    • Get me 2 please.

    • Paid $228 on 25 Feb 2020 at Office works. But those deals are long gone.

  • Are these the new 6-12 month plans from Boost they were updating in August?

    • +1

      hello.

No there are no new plans that have been released. This $300 deal is an old one

      • Thanks. Thought so much.

  • What choices are available after 12 months time?
    Can the plan be renewed/recharged?

    • Hello.

Yes you can recahrge again after 12 months.

  • I'm currently on this plan which ends in November. Do I need to port out then port back in to boost if I want to stay on this plan for another 12 months?

  • I am struggling to activate my simcard, If I buy this would you guys sort out this issue for me? I have been struggling to verify my International Passport ID check, since last two days :)

  • I'm already a boost customer. Can i buy this and just enter the voucher for recharge?

  • Website says that price is $270 Boost direct so this deal is $5 cheaper which is nice but 70+ upvotes atm for $5 saved? I may be missing something.

    • Your right lol 255 if you price beat with ow

    • The website price got 80+ upvotes

  • Hi just wondering if there's any issues porting from Woolworths mobile? I have a Samsung galaxy note 9 and I was wondering if VoWifi (wifi calling) would work on this device?

    • Hello!

Yes there is no issue in porting across from Woolworths mobile.

  • I bought before the price drop but SIM card already received. Super fast shipping.

    • Thank you for your kind words of appreciation

  • Hi, I'm currently with Telstra now, will I be able to port straight into boost and get this plan?
