Got any deals on Investment Interest Only loans?

I'm looking to fix into a good rate.

    • Which bank are you currently with?

    • I would also be interested in an Investment IO refinance loan. Currently with ING direct

    • Will update post to incl IO rates once mod lets me

  • I'm currently on a fixed two year interest only, interest paid in advance, loan that concludes in January with Westpac.

What's the rate for a 12-month, interest only, paid in advance ? (I'm well below 80 per cent low to value ration - prolly closer to 70 per cent).

And given things seem to take so long to progress, should I be submitting paper work now?

    • IO in advance rates generally are slightly higher. When do you wish to settle? Have sent you a DM

  • Investor variable IO
2.89% CPR 2.93 - Basic no annual fee no offset
2.89% CPR 3.03 - Standard no annual fee incl offset. $8/month fee plus $399 application fee.
3.19% CPR 3.56 - Mortgage Plus package $350 annual fee incl with offset.
    2.79% fixed 1-3 years CPR 3.67- 3.58

Why would someone choose 3.19%+ $350 annual fee over 2.89% + $96 annual fee?! Thousands more for a credit card?

    • Yes the Citi standard is a better option due to lower rate and no annual fee.
