      I felt this one. My order has been 'Being Prepared' since Friday the 14th of August… No update on my tracking. I know that its maybe an issue with AusPost however I do feel like there is something shifty going on…

        shouldnt be any major delays with Austpost. I ordered something from Catch who posted from Victoria and took 4 business days to get to me.

        In addition i have been posting things to Vic without problems. 3-4 days arrival.

          Well. There we go. Tbf my order was a grey import so it is coming from overseas however when there's no update for 2 weeks, naturally I'm getting worried. How long would it take though for something to arrive from Hong Kong? I just hope it arrives soon. I'm getting impatient 😂

            @akb3307: oh if its a grey import then it takes abit of time.

            When i ordered my 8bitdo controller it took a 1-2 weeks and that was before the Victorian lockdown.

          Australia Post sent an email yesterday saying that deliveries in and out of Victoria are severely impaired and to expect delays

          Are you referring to normal $39 shipping or prime shipping? If it's prime, then they have an exclusive contract with AP to have faster shipping.

    OMG. I know the Cash Rewards chrome add on is my fault…

    But I opened the Kogan website, I had:

    *The Case Rewards notification
    *Chrome asking if I want to let Kogan know my location
    *Two pop ups from the website itself.

    Felt like I was back in 2004 or something.

    i'm waiting on a delivery from Kogan, was expected last week (i'm in vic so expected delay), but the annoying thing is i keep receiving the sms from AusPost DAILY saying "Your delivery is coming today"!!!

        I believe it's dependent on whether or not it's being shipped locally or internationally. I think this code isn't applicable for items that come from overseas. Ie. Grey imports
