      The Samsung Endurance cards are better for dashcams and security cameras etc.

          That is true, however I've never had an Evo+/select card fail on me yet, after many years of using them in dash cams. Sandisks however….they keep failing non-stop, even in phone use. I'd never buy another sandisk ever again.

          If an SD card fails, you'll notice this. Just make sure you check it every month so that you don't get surprised that it hasn't been recording for the last 6 months.

        I've been using the Evo+ in my Viofo for nearly 2 years now. No issues so far. I also have my DC in parking mode so it is recording 24/7… or until the battery cut-off kicks in.

      Yep, supports Micro SD cards up to 1TB. Also, had the Plus (i.e. the non-Amazon) version of this card in my S8 when I had that and it was fine.
