DoorDash customer service are appalling in my view.
I don't know why companies invest big sums to enter a new market and then back it by offshored service workers with poor processes in place.
Preordered for 12.20pm delivered ETA… still waiting/hungry!

Fellow ozbargainers, seeking your advice please. My order was short packaged (I’m talking about a bowl of pho, didn’t find out till we unpacked to eat at home). I can’t see anywhere online to request for a refund and the shop is closed. Has anyone come across this situation before? And what did/would you do? Thanks.
Don’t order from Monash Uni Vic. Ordered two meat baos which ended up arriving as two buns with minimal salad thrown on top. No meat….and no dressing. It definitely isn’t worth it for half price!!
hmm ordered ok for me on Monday. Must be dodgy Thursday crew.
Roll’d and doordash aren’t aligned on delivery areas, so stiff luck for us who try to order then get knocked back at the end. Chatted with Roll’d online and they advised this. So piss poor
This was great while it lasted. After they'd staffed up I got used to $4 banh mi's, $6 vermicelli spring roll salads etc throughout the day.

Although through no fault of theirs, Roll'd have refunded me without hesitation.
However, my issue isn't with them, it's with the dasher. I tried to call through to doordash, and was hung up on after 30 min of waiting. Then I chatted to them - and they said this is not something they can do anything about because it should be the store to bring it up with them. I said that I have already let the store know but I only wanted to leave feedback as well as get accountability from the dasher for his dishonesty (he would have pocketed the delivery fee, probably eaten someone else's food, as well as not delivered mine).
They kept saying there was nothing they could do and this was out of their hands. Unfortunately, I think this will be the last of doordash from me. I have ordered and paid for delivery through many delivery apps - so far, uber eats remains the best by far. And they will get my money over these spineless jellyfish in the future.
