    Free Delivery for Prime

    • Yes I know.. I have already mentioned this in the post description.

    • I get the distinct impression this will be Computer Alliance's price this time tomorrow…

Why is this worth the extra $100 beside fast delivery

    • I personally can wait, but if you can't its option B.

      • can… but should??

  • +3

I know its local but definitely not a bargain.

    • Yes I agree with you, not the best deal unless you need/want it within a few days.

Compared to local stock it is a bargain. Also includes delivery, most stores charge delivery on top.

  • I think the one I ordered from Amazon was around a week.

    • Mine is still on the way and it was purchased 21st Aug.. estimated ETA is 12th Sept.

Delivery time frame is 2-3 weeks on amazon I believe.

      • Had a look on my Amazon account I ordered on the 8th and was delivered on the 15th.

        • Don't know how you scored that but nice one :)

    Amazon deal even mentions:
Cheapest I've seen this was $627.2 (2 months ago) on ebay

Its a far cry from this price

      Nice.

  • I wouldn't guarantee a local product will arrive before Amazon US, let alone enough of a difference.

Australia Post is deplorable and has been for a long time.

Will let you know.. I got some Evo Plus M.2 last night and its already been shipped out today.

Australia Post is deplorable and has been for a long time.

Can’t say I’ve had an issue with AP apart from one delivery in April which took about 10 days.

The rest of the time it gets here from eastern states in 4/5 days. Can use parcel lockers, local PO is a couple of minute drive away (as opposed to most courier company where they have one depot that’s open weekdays only and is 35 mins away). Thank (profanity) Amazon use AP exclusively to WA, if I had to deal with Fastway I wouldn’t order half the stuff I do from them. Anything I’ve ordered that comes from the Amazon Perth warehouse I have delivered the next day.

Say what you want about AP, for overall ease of delivery I’d pick them over any delivery company in Australia.

Tell me about it!! Worst mob >.<

  • I'm all for supporting Computer Alliance but if you have Prime, can get this with Amazon in Australia for $728 with "Fastest delivery: Tomorrow, if you order within "5 hours and 40 mins".

    • Just checked..

      1. Its only fulfilled by Amazon - 3rd party seller. (personally I would go fill & Sold by Amazon)
      2. Delivery estimate is 2nd to 16th Sept.

Edit: Only one delivery option as well, not express.

      • Yeah it's shipped by Amazon and fulfilled by Technology Titans (which I think have decent ratings)

My delivery estimate is "Tomorrow" fastest and "Free delivery" is by 2nd Sept. I guess it's based on where you are located I suppose? I'm based in Sydney.

        • Hmm that's interesting.. I don't have the same postage options 🤔

          • @vash5: Did you click on my original link? It's easy to click on the wrong one because there are 22 listings for the same product.

  • No dice OP. Maybe local stockists will offer a competitive price once 4000 series is announced.

    • I suspect you are correct but, then online will sellers will do the same too I think.

Says you can also redeem Assassin's Creed Valhalla (may wanna add to OP). Not sure you can redeem with Amazon purchase so may be worth it for some.

Also it's $719.89 + Shipping at Megabuy (free pickup if you're in Brisbane) https://www.megabuy.com.au/amd-ryzen-9-3900x-12-core24-threa… (so with shipping it's about $10 cheaper than this)

  • Not a bargain not even for local stock… might be the current local cheapest price however in very recent times it's been cheaper.

  • +2

Can get it $735.84 at MegaBuy delivered ($719.89 + $15.95 shipping)
Sorry this really isn't a bargain.

    • Cheers for sharing mate.

I don't know about MegaBuy as there not here in VIC.

  • Express postage for eBay Plus members

Not for WA. They took that away.
