Hmmmm…… If only can find RGB at this price :S

  • Is ram going to get much cheaper than this? keep hearing that SSD/RAM prices are going to keep dropping.

    • If you need it now , it's a good time . Certainly better than it's been for quite a while .
It will get cheaper but by how much …
Picking the bottom of the market is something you need a crystal ball for .

      • I'm slowly buying parts to upgrade my current PC going AMD route and have picked up a SSD so far (the P! $94 1TB deal here) so I need stuff like ram/mobo/psu not in any rush so that's why idk if it's worth buying right this second.

So tempting now 16gig is killing me with video editing

  • damn i got 16gb of the RGB version for near this price a few months ago. would kill for 32gb now with flight sim

  • thanks OP just ordered 1

  • Wow. 32Gb is so cheap now.

Even if most people say that 16GB is enough, I'd consider buying 32GB just cause its only an extra $50 or so.

    • This. Kinda wish I had newer hardware to be able to use it! :)

anyone run this ram with a Ryzen system?

    • Running this with a Ryzen 1700 stable. To reach the speed of 3200Mhz I had to increase the SOC voltage in the BIOS to 1.2v. I think this is more of a 1st gen Ryzen platform thing rather than a problem with the RAM though.

      • Im currently running hyperx 8x2gb 2400 on ab350m pro 4, 1700x
I play and stream valorant 144hz lowest on 1080ti.
Struggling to keep the fps stable at 144 :(
Do you think this upgrade will fix it?
Please help im kinda noob :(
