      I mean as far as i'm aware Vitamin C is not stored in the body, and anything extra passes through urine.

      Depending on the individual and their guts vitamin C can cause diarrhea… so yeah i guess just depends on what you want.

      Personally i wouldn't ever take more then 3 a day. Even though they taste nice :)

    There are also non-chewable types which aren’t acidic to your teeth. More expensive but worth considering if worried about tooth enamel damage caused by these types of tablets. Just a consideration I came across while researching which I didn’t know before.
