        Precisely what theguyrules said. Harvey Norman isn't a problem. Just let them keep their stocks and pricematch HN's price elsewhere. That way, everyone wins.

    Refund on games not allowed at Harvey Norman even though packaging is still sealed. Rep says he doesn't allow it based on "change of mind".

    Got one from HN…now have to wait till tuesday and see what happens. if they take this out of the list i will use my FiFa 12 and return this to HN for full refund.just called JB and the guy said the list is unlikely to change for few days and also we don't need to pre order…just walk in store with one of those game.

    I just picked one up from DickSmith, got them to price match it no problems at all, now waiting for Tuesday to trade it in…. :D … if they take it off the list, meh take the game back to dicksmith use their 14 day return policy and get MW3… :)

    now only to resist opening the game, incase this doesn't go thru. :)

    I dont think they will add it to the list, its a new release like all the others. There is going to be a clearance special on games at some store all the time, they will still be able to sell it for a profit to a kid or parent easily.

      I called up the JB Hi Fi Nunawading store, and the guy said he doesn't expect the list to change until at least a week after the release date. That being said, there is still a chance of changes happening anytime upper management wants it to.

    Going to pick up infamous2 from HN. I'd actually preordered MW3 from there for $78 as I have a $10 gift card that I got with RAGE from HN. Now I'll get infamous for $36 with the gift card, cancel my pre order and pick MW3 up for $36! Score :-D

      i don't think it's about allowing it or not. i asked this girl on the phone some questions about the trade in (such as if cross platform trade is allowed) and she said that the actual deal isnt in their system yet. she said the deal won't be in their system until tomorrow morning, so basically, no trades tonight.

      but this is just the miranda store i asked, if anyone finds out something different please post because id like to do it tonight =D

    Just picked up my copy from JB-HIFI (price matched from HN). Girl at the counter smiled and asked if I was trading in for the MW3. Turns out the whole staff team already knows and are planning to come in before trade to buy their own copy. Hope they won't be assholes and refuse ours after they're done with their fun.

    Makes me wonder if OzBargain is a blessing as well as a curse :P

    I have traded in my copy of Infamous 2 for MW3 on Xbox at JB Strand Arcade as a pre-order, ready to be picked up tomorrow. This just shows that you can cross trade and trade in as a pre-order.

      when i called up today i was told that the website hadn't been updated, but they had changed it to 11:45 instead of 10:00 because of preparation time.

      not sure if that was just at miranda nsw tho.
      so if you can't get through at 10:00 that may be the reason

    P.s. Heard a salesperson on the phone saying that they were not holding any copies of MW3 on the first day, so you got to get in there if you want it now!

      according to the BS in the latest GAME catelogue, it's like MAX $50 and thats if you have the extra 25% bonus from a GAME card.

      best to call a few shops and suss it out.

    Just traded Infamous 2 from HN all sweet. My fried managed to get EB to price match RadioRentals in SA @ $25 for Infamous 2 and got 2 copies and traded both in at the same time at JB and scored 2x copies of MW3 for $50.

    Just traded my Infamous 2 no probs. The guy said JB were selling Infamous 2 for $39 last month so he was amazed to see it on the included games list. He thinks it's unlikely they will pull the title for at least the rest of the week. They all know about the HN $46 and Myer $50 price point.

    If anyone can't get a cheap copy of Infamous 2 from HN, EBgames have preowned ones for $47 which can also be traded in (JB wont know its a preowned)
    Just a though for those not close to a HN or those who have a EB in the same shopping centre as their JB.

    Just traded my brand new copy of infamous 2 from HN to jb :-) literally took me 5 min to walk into HN, buy it, walk across the road, JB guy saw it in my hand and grabbed a copy of MW3 lol. And my $10 HN voucher that I got when I bought rage from them allowed me to get it for $36 :-D winning!

        Yep I traded it in JB Bourke. I quote the trade in guy at JB saying 'hundreds'. But quite a few came in after me grabbing MW3. Might be worth giving them a quick call to check but should be heaps.

    Man bought Infamous 2 from Harvey Norman, walked about 30 metres to JB, look for my wallet and cant find it. Must have dropped it on the way to JB, go outside and look for it, can't find it. Now I am sitting at home playing Infamous 2 and hating this stupid game.

    Figured I could just buy a new copy from Ozgameshop for about $50.

    They asked whether I wanted the 360 version, so it seems you can trade cross platform.
    However, I'd be quick about it if you want to trade Infamous 2.

    Not confirmed, but I have heard that JB may have taken infamous 2 off the list already. But their website clearly suggests otherwise. So if anyone has any problems, perhaps show them the site.

      When I was at HN yesterday, there were like 8 copies of Infamous 2 there. I bought a copy myself and traded it in. But when I went to the same HN today, all copies were gone. Maybe the deal has now been OzBargained (in relation to Infamous 2 anyway)…
