      Paid $300 a month ago for aoc. Really awesome. Got 2HDMI ports (1 for laptop, 1 for xbox) and main pc. No complaint.

      For home office you can get a plain 60Hz panel no Freesync or other game features for less than this.

      As this is a TN panel and 144hz it's good if you're a competitive player, so games like csgo etc this will be good.

      144hz will be completely pointless for content consumption. Since movies are 24hz and youtube is up to 60hz.

    this is not your average TN panel. I am wondering which panel it is

    I recently replaced panel in my laptop from a 60hz IPS to a 120hz TN with full sRGB coverage, and I can say wow! yes viewing angles are more like 160/120 but this is more than enough, and no regrets. gaming is now so smoooooth

    TN panels have advanced a lot it seems.

    @balabink would be awesome to see a 2k 27" non gaming monitor from Dell at a competitive price?

    I'm surprised there is nothing at a $300 price point that simply offers ips, 2k and 27" size without the response time, Hz and other facets usually associated with a gaming monitor.

    As far as I can tell anything close to this is $600-$700 from Dell. There is a market gap that needs to be filled.

    Did the 2K 27 inch monitors show up?

    Dell eBay had one but it sold out pretty fast.
