$5 Dollars off Any Order @ DoorDash

That's representative of the service received too.

    Never touching DoorDash again.

My girlfriend ordered churros, they never came and instead of offering a refund they banned her and called her names.

I agree, horrible customer service and they typically blame the customer. An order I placed never got picked up despite the owner calling me it was ready - by the time it arrived almost 2 hrs later I complained and nothing happened. Followed up again and said I should've rated the order/food

It was 'good' for a few weeks but not sure what has happened to make it deteriorate so quickly since entering the market.

Probably the worst of the food services for me.

Gold luck dealing with their customer service if something goes wrong. It appears to be offshored and I feel the reps either can't comprehend issues or don't care.

I have been told several times that someone would contact me regarding an issue but no one does. Had to dispute a charge with Amex to get a resolution.

  • Anyone knows if there a min spend on this?

      No min spend

Yeah it doesn't include the therapy you'll need after talking to their "customer service"

      • Was experience with DD was pretty good. There was one time food didn’t arrived, chatted with them over the app and they refunded. Not many questions asked. Unlike ubereats which doesn’t have a chat function on their app.

I was going to say that's the first successful Doordash experience I've heard but then I read further and knew it was too good to be true lol.

Call me entitled, but if a company fails to deliver, a refund is the very minimum I expect.
I too got a refund but only after I wasted 2 hours of my time waiting for it to show up and then another half an hour with DD.

Compared to my experience with Menulog where they didn't have enough drivers to deliver (order was an hour late) they apologised and gave a $10 voucher through their chat function which took less than five minutes.
