      5.7% fat according to the packaging. I can think of many products with a lot more fat than that.

    I remember that my PE teacher at school (from 30 years ago) said that if you ate a Chiko roll, you'd have to run a marathon to burn off the calories

    needless to say … I haven't run a marathon ever

      tastes alright, sort of like a spring roll but with a soft, chewy casing, contains veges like cabbage

      Basically it's a long lump of matter. Nobody really knows what's in them, they taste revolting and they're bad for you. Like a spring roll has mated with a meat and potato pie.
