Great drone but don’t expect it last more than 20kmph wind.
I was able to fly it to at least 150m from foreshore tho?
Rated for 28.4 km/h. But yes, if you want your drone back - always start flying into wind direction so it's easier on the way back.

As said above, be very careful flying in strong winds. Almost lost my drone since it gets pushed around easily. Thank God it crashed into a tree

If you are talking about the tricky 249g, at max, the US govt may lower the maximum weight allowed without registration but why would be banned.
