Appears to be almost site wide apart from a few excluded sellers and usual category exclusion, no minimum spend. Bit unclear on who is an "eligible customer" though but sure we'll know soon enough in the comments if its targeted.

Conditions. The offer entitles eligible customers to $5 off the purchase price (excluding postage costs) on all items listed on ebay.com.au except the ‘Excluded Items’.         Probably dodgy account I set up to try and get UK or German discount on ebay gift cards. Those deals never worked for me and no idea what account name I might have used. Have managed to log into three old accounts I do remember without success despite receiving the text.

Or if you don't have a car 12V fast charger then you can buy a charger with cable bundle for $20. Baseus also sell a 65W Car Charger PD QC4.0 cable bundle for $32.99 that can charge your laptop assuming it has a USB-C thunderbolt port, I have this charger and I can charge my Dell XPS 15 laptop in my car, the cable is also a good quality 100W 5A cable, either of these car chargers and cables would fast charge your Samsung Galaxy S9+ at satisfyingly fast speeds!!
