  • Doesn't work. I got the email. I clicked through. I added $120+ of stuff. The offer is even displayed as I shop. And then it tells me I am not eligible.

    • Nothing in your cart that's excluded?

      • Nope. I tried:
        1. adding 30 bags of non-discounted nuts to get that item alone over $120. And still doesn't work.
        2. changing to delivery. Still doesn't work.

        Should be a very straight forward thing…. A bit stumped here….


        Anyone else having issues? Or fixes? Cheers…

          Just tested and works fine. As per above are you logged in, if so is it the same account that received the coupon?

          • @Pricebeat: Yes. Logged in. Same rewards card number. Same email address. You can see the reward points I would've collected in the screenshot….

            I don't have any other woolworth rewards accounts. This is the only one…. weird…

        • I wasn't working for me earlier with the same error but is working now. I would suggest to re-try now and see if it works

    • would give the customer service chat a go. they are quite responsive. they should be able to figure out why the code isn't working even though you received the email.

  • since i bought Woolworth mobile to get 10% off once per month, they stopped sending me new offers :(

  • I have account, have rewards linked, get sent offers but never got sent this offer. I don't know what criteria makes someone eligable or not but it feels like a kick in the face after spending so much money with them
