Whoa, $20 back when $400 spend for me, and I thought that was high.

      • Got spend $1600 get $30…

      • Me too

    • Yep that’s the one I got as well.

    • Yeah, lol.

WTF am I going to use Apple Pay?

  • +1

    Got a spend 700 get 20 back

    • Same here, unlikely to spend that amount.

  • +3

Yep, got the email and activated - $50 back on $500 spend. Thanks :)

      What I got too..

  • So what bill can I pay with Apple Pay?

    • +1

Anywhere you can tap your plastic card and make contactless payments, you can use Apple Pay on your iPhone/Apple Watch.

You can also use it in certain apps (eg, food http://offers.applepay.apple/au/food) on your iPhone/iPad or on some websites on iPhone/iPad/Mac.

    • Thanks Beau. I got $50 off $500 so was hoping I could do it buy paying a big bill on it rather than using it on little transactions all month. I'll have to look around to see if this can be achieved.

  • $20 for $400

  • 50 for 3600 i got it.

    loooooooooooooooool.

    • Surely you mean $360?!? :P

      • no. my limit is 18000 aud. maybe that is why.

  • +1

I got spend $3800 and get $50 back… too bad i have a samsung phone
Ah must be the higher your credit limit, higher to spend

    • Same. Awful deal.

    • I got the same offer, useless offer.

    • No my limit is 1000 and I got spend $1600 get $30, probably based on your spending habit.

  • Spend $1000 get $30.

  • Spend $500 and get $20 back

…. if only I could use it to buy discounted gift cards then this would've been alright, but I don't find I use contactless that often to hit this amount since most of my spend is now using discounted egift cards!

  • 30 for 1000. boooo

  • +2

I got spend $500 back get $50 back. if you cant find anywhere else one option is Prezzee lets you pay with apple pay while buying gift cards. i will be on lookout for a deal from them to double dip

  • +1

Just a bit of warning that you will need to keep chasing for the points. I spend 2 hours and 4 calls to get my $25 come as a good will. My time worth more than this.

    • Sorry to hear that, must be unlucky. Mine just got credited in the past without issues.

      • Not once or twice but 3 times

“ Spend $3800 and get $50 back* when you shop with your Latitude 28° Global Platinum Mastercard® using Apple Pay during October.”

    F u 28 degrees

    • Take it easy, I never received any promotion from 28 degrees, for more than 10 years.

      • You had a peaceful journey. Offer like this pisses you off. Nonsense

      • +1

do you think this is a promotion?
I would happily pay 50 dollars not to force myself to spend 3800 for things that most likely I don't need.

  • +1

Same $50 for $3600 for me! only a $6k credit limit too. Maybe it's their revenge for all the money I get back in price protection claims😅

  • Spend $700, get $20 back. Time to buy a PS5….oh wait….

  • Nice, got $50 for $500 spend

  • +1

Got nothing. Never get any offers from them.

    • Are you subscribed to their promotional newsletters?

      • Perhaps not. I've tried looking after logging in on their website but can't find the option to subscribe.

        • Same - didn't find a way to subscribe.

  • +1

Should be "spend $X and get $Y back"

  • Why though, not an iphone user

    • You could have a Mac or an iPad and use ApplePay (not saying you do).

  • You think they would have checked that I'm using their app on Android before sending me this.

Also, only $20 back for a 700 spend? Bit stingy.

  • I got two emails.
    $50 for $500 spend
    And
    $30 for $1300 spend.

So obviously I activated the first one 🙄

    • activate them both and maybe they'll stack?

  • I got Spend $1500 and get $30 back*.

That's a 2% discount. Needless to say, I will not be spending the $1500.

I am not going to call 28D tight. It's most likely Apple not them.

  • 700 for 20. almost a HSBC debit card 2% cashback rate

  • -1

This is a terrible deal. Just like the previous one.

    • -1

Wtf? 50 for 500 spend is not terrible

  • Anyone know if Need to do In one go or multiple transactions?

    • Spend just needs to be met by the date.
      Multiple is fine.

  • $20 from $800 here. Only 2.5% :(

  • Received the mid-month reminder to use the card to get $20 back from spending over $400.

It is a very small consideration, to encourage use of the card which is primarily used as a "international transactions fee free card" for a small chance the cardholder misses payment due date to incur a whopping 21.99% interest charges.

  • $30 for $1500, I don't even own an apple device tsk

  • Tried to pay an Energy Australia bill at the PO. It declined Apple Pay. Wouldn't even let you use a PIN.

Not sure if this is on Apple or Energy Australia's part?

If Apple Pay is only meant to be for tapping style transactions the spend hurdle is enormous.

  • i used apple pay for a Air BnB booking, seems to have worked. Hopefully will get the credit when the time comes

    • update- got an email from latitude advising credit is on the way similar to Amex emails on using the offer. the only difference is that these guys send the email on statement generation.
