80c per minute ain't so bad. I pay that plus a 35c flagfall on the Optus $49 cap.
Getting spammed isn't worth the money you'll save though.
The detail i got is very different from here !. I just did the signup. They are with vodafone and 20c for 30 seconds (or 40c/minute).

it all sounds great until you get to the sign-up procedure.
they want your medicare number (o.k) and your drivers licence number.
I don't have a drivers licence.
I don't have a passport.Don't bother, stay with your existing provider until they sort this mess out.

No, only a medicare card, a drivers licence or a passport (and if using that we want you to fax it to us)

Signed up immediately as their cap includes international calls, GPRS also, for 10$ and i dont mind receiving Ads on it.
It is 29$ plan but if opted for Ad, they give 19$ discount a month.

Interesting to note, calling these destinations is billed same rate as calling any local destinations !!! (20c/30 seconds, 30c connection fee).
Note: The website also says, first 100 signup gets 30$ petrol card, not sure about the 100 count. Also firefox doent work for me, used IE to signup.
