I think you also need a pump dispenser otherwise it won't foam.
yes i have the original palmolive foam dispenser now just looking for a cheap refill. i just not sure if the hand wash liquid like this in the OP can be dissolved perfectly
I do 40 soap 60 water but you need to use the orange, sea minerals ones not the aloe Vera ones as they're too thick. Use a foaming bottle with hot water best hack ever
