  I don't know why they made the G7 1080p screen and this one 720p. I'm on G7 which has held up well, going to wait for G9+ (or might go to a Samsung A series).

  Otherwise this G8 is a great price for a spare/backup phone.

      Just for anyone’s information if they really use dual sim, the Oppo A52 SMS app is useless. It will not tell you which SIM number you received message on if you are using dual sim. I had an online chat with Oppo rep and apparently it’s a flaw and cannot be fixed.

      I had to return the phone to retailer as that feature was very important for me. I’m unsure of G8 gas same issue. If someone using it with dua SIMs can comment it’ll be appreciated.
