  • Note that for these things there is absolutely no guarantee you'll see any dolphins. Conservative estimates are around the 40-60% mark for likelihood of seeing them on any single cruise.

For $17, as long as you just treat it as a cheap cruise with a very slim chance of maybe seeing dolphins (or sharks or whales for that matter) you won't be disappointed.

    • Gotta love a Virtual Guarantee.

      • lol

so, if you see a fin sticking out of the water and nothing else then that's it? saw a dolphin …

also the "… up to 2 hours"

  • Interesting, if you go to the official site for the cruise company it has this to say on the main page:

THE DOLPHIN WATCH GUARANTEE: We offer a free return cruise if no whales or dolphins are seen on a whale or dolphin cruise.

    • .

  • Valid until 15th February 2012

It will be the good timing if they could extend expiry date for even a few days further.

  • I bought a similar one for whale watching in jervis bay with dolphins wild and went in oct just before it expired. Saw so many dolphins pod of at least 50 and had a great time . No whales but they then gave me a family pass which lasts a year so I get to go again. With living social if 4 people buy it using the referral code of the first person then the first person gets it free. So with a bit of planning 4 people can go for $12.75 each. I think that is awesome value
