Is the cookies and cream any good?
It's ok, it can get a bit gross near the end. You starts to get that "artificial" taste after a month of use.

I don't know, I found it not bad actually. Goes down well with water, even better with milk. I'm going to try mocha cappuccino, got the tub version actually (easier to finish if you don't like the flavour).
Why not use bulknutrients? Far better & cheaper.
Probably flavour for most people, whilst I get all my protein from VPA or BN I don't pretend that their flavour R&D budget it anything like ON.
Also from personal experience ON Gold is one of the only blends (WPI,WPC, Casein etc) outside of VPA complete protein that I don't get stomach issues with (WPI is fine)

It's not, they have a comparison tool on their website and I checked it before ordering.
Comparing this pack of ON "Gold Standard" ($100 for 4.5kg) vs BN "Protein Matrix" ($29 for 1kg - their main blended product), the ON pack works out 68c per 25g of Protein, and the BN pack is 88c per 25g.
Usually BN is much cheaper, but with this promo, it's not.
